QuietWatch

Know when a client site quietly drops out of Google or AI search

What QuietWatch does

QuietWatch checks every client website once a day from the outside, the way a crawler sees it, and emails you only when something changes.

It catches the problems that don't crash a site but quietly cost it traffic: an accidental noindex (in the meta tag, the X-Robots-Tag header or a redirect hop), robots.txt or Cloudflare blocking Googlebot and AI crawlers, an SSL certificate or domain about to expire, and the site going down.

Built for web agencies, freelancers and anyone looking after many sites. The free checkers need no signup: noindex, X-Robots-Tag, AI crawler access, Cloudflare blocking Google, and domain and SSL expiry. The Founding plan is $19 a month for the first 10 customers, locked for 12 months, with a 14-day trial.

Detecting accidental noindex changes and crawler blocks before they affect traffic is really useful. Can QuietWatch identify exactly which redirect, header, or robots.txt rule caused the issue and include that information in the alert?

Alerting only when something flips is the right amount of noise. I would use the AI crawler check first. Do you see many sites blocking those by accident through Cloudflare defaults?

Are most QuietWatch users agencies watching a client list, or freelancers who got burned once by a quiet noindex? Emailing only when a check flips is the right amount of noise. Happy to record a free feedback video running the free check on a sample site as a new user and pointing out anything confusing.

Thanks! Honest answer: it's early, so there's no "most users" yet. It's built for agencies watching a list of client sites, and that's who I'm talking to first. The freelancer who got burned once is exactly the story that made me build it, though. I used to look after 12 sites for clients myself.

Happy to take you up on the video. Use any site you like (the free check needs no signup), and anything confusing is exactly what I want to hear.

Awesome tool for freelancers and agencies. Catching header changes and robots.txt blocks early saves a ton of unnecessary debugging headaches down the road. Upvoted!

Thank you so much Chalitha, this really means a lot 🙏

Header changes and robots.txt blocks are exactly the ones that are so easy to miss until something's already gone wrong.
