CoalaCoaching does session transcription and ICF Core Competency analysis for coaches in accredited training programs. No subscription, no per-minute billing, no time caps on transcription length — the first session is free.
Most students spend hours before each mentoring session picking which recording to bring, transcribing it, and trying to structure their own reflection. CoalaCoaching does that part for you: upload a session, get a full transcript with no length cap, and get it scored against the ICF Core Competencies with specific, actionable points to bring into your next mentoring hour.
Over time you see the same metrics tracked across sessions, so improvement stops being a feeling and becomes a number you can point to. CoalaCoaching isn't a replacement for mentor coaching — it's prep that makes the mentoring hour more useful.
